We've completed 30 virtual tours in 2026, focusing on apartments across two buildings, with 50+ more scheduled for next week. While Matterport is often the go-to for virtual tours, our Ricoh Theta X and Z1 series cameras offer high-quality content that's perfect for immersion without the need for excessive 3D modeling. While it wasn't our largest model as far as total square footage captured in one location, it was quite large at over 102,000 sqft of interior space. We're talking about one of the seven Legacy retirement facilities we recently captured. This model was generated by placing the scanner in 1,254 positions, inside and out, and took approximately 15 hours to complete. Our year is starting strong with over a 1/2 million square feet of virtual space over 24 digital twins. We have created almost as many virtual tours as well, and more.

With just one week to go, @virtualhomey is hard at work capturing more than 100 @dollargeneral locations. Since late September and through the first few days of November, @matttorti is estimated to measure approximately 3,000,000 sqft of interior and exterior space in 6 weeks. That's enough virtual space to fit anywhere from 4,960 to 5,500 semi-truck digital twins, well over double the number of semis in the #dollargeneral fleet!
Welcome to #pittsburgh @aritzia ! We conducted three separate models of the beginning, middle and end of this construction. We went through a completely empty space, to a cluttered malange of construction necessities, to a polished and fashionable retail store. When @thevantageapts asked @virtualhomey to come to #cleveland to capture apartments in their 5 building apartment complex, we jumped on it. We were lucky enough to come twice, as the needs of the client come first, especially when there are significant #technicaldifficulties for round one. @matttorti at work, here, taking the 360 photo from the #penthouse

What a doozy! 62k+ sqft of the brand new, newly constructed and now open @academy was @virtualhomey latest and one the largest locations in the past few months. While the storm rolled through, the entire interior was done in one sitting, and right at the end the sun came out for a beautiful exterior capture. #matterport has taken us places, and this was one of the only instances of a retail space captured prior to grand opening, to ensure the architecture was built to specifications and that the interior layout matched the floorplan.
It's been anything but slow since our last post, and we are rounding out the week with yet another @sheetz taking care of measurements, 360 captures and consistent results! Thanks for having us back!
